This is hands down the best dentist office I have been to! Tiffany did my cleaning today and she was positive, wonderful, and super friendly, as well as the rest of the staff that I interacted with (Quinta, Anna, Mackenzie). Would definitely recommend coming here to anyone that is looking for a new dentist, positive experience all around!

I made an appointment to come in on my day off, since I didn’t “confirm “ the appointment the right way, i left 2 voicemails letting them know I would be there, it was cancelled. Lady up front said she would fit me in….. when I hand her my Medicare uhc card, I could see the change in her because my insurance was different. Then I find out all of a sudden that I need a comprehensive exam because when I went last in 2023, it wasn’t done, and I supposedly had cancelled the following appointment? No, they had overbooked and rescheduled my appointment without telling me the date and time for another appointment and I was unable to go for the time they set the appointment for, so they send me an email for me to confirm it? No I didn’t set that up they did and yes I did cancel that appointment. I had been seeing Dr. Williamson several years before 2023 before HPU took over, Dr Williamson fixed several of my teeth, I had deep cleanings done, all the x-rays were done but all of a sudden all those records are gone and I have to do that all over again? Dr. Williamson is great, a great dentist, very patient, explains everything, so very nice and I’m so sorry that I now have to find a new denti

Absolutely wonderful!! My children and I had appointments for the same day, back to back. Everyone we met was so friendly and eased my children's nerves about going to the dentist. This was our first encounter since moving and I will be sticking with them. The office was clean, everything was explained well and most importantly my children LOVED their visits.

Such an extraordinary dental office! From the amazing ladies at check-in to the assistants who helped with my health history, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The student doctors were attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I came in for an Invisalign consult and was especially impressed with how Dr. Roth took such great care of me. He made sure every step was thorough and set up for the best possible outcome in my treatment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the High Point area for all their dental needs!

They are the nicest people! Scheduling is pretty easy. They are thorough and kind. If every dentist was like them, I probably wouldn't have avoided going for so long. The best experience I've ever had. They did fantastic on my tooth cleaning & extractions as well!
